
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
---Mix together and store in a seasoning jar if available or a plastic sandwich bag.---
--Use between 2 and 4 Tablespoons mixed with 1 cup water per pound of meat. Simmer until evaporated. --
